Below is the text I share with people I offer to film SFW sessions with. I don't accept request to film or offer off camera sessions, but it gives a glimpse into what I'm trying to give to others and capture on film. I meet people where they're at and go with what they want to explore. We've all been exposed to different experiences and programming, some are unwilling or not ready to explore within, some need practice, and some can dive straight in, but everyone can learn to let go a bit more and strengthen their connection with their body.
At the bottom of the Page I share some SFW clips and photos along with some clips showing what breathwork or Somatic Release can look like.
Sensual Massage
Sensual massage is not your average rub down with any kind of “happy ending” expectation. It’s a dedicated, no release experience created just for profound full body relaxation in a completely safe, shame free space. The focus is simple: presence, sensation, and letting your nervous system settle exactly the way it wants to.
When you feel truly held and free from pressure or performance, that’s when the deepest shifts happen. Safety and consent are at the heart of everything.
Caring touch like this naturally boosts the body’s calming chemicals while lowering stress hormones, so your heart rate slows, tension melts, and those full body waves, tingling, pulsing warmth, and melting sensations can show up more easily. You can breathe freely, express whatever comes. Moans, tremors, sighs, quiet stillness… let pleasure move through you instead of staying stuck in one spot.
The touch is slow, caring, and intentional. Sometimes I’ll work deeper with myofascial release, trigger point, or gentle stretches, always paired with soft, nurturing strokes. The session moves across your whole body without skipping anything or making any part feel off limits.
There’s no goal, no checklist, no “should.” It’s just a gentle discovery of the places that hold tension or want attention.
Your body’s natural responses, erections, softening, changes in arousal, tremors, sighs, tears, laughter are always welcome and respected. They’re just signs that you feel safe.
You choose the draping: stay covered, partly draped, or go completely undraped. If we go fully undraped, I’ll handle any adjustments needed to follow platform rules while keeping the experience smooth and uninterrupted for you.
How long is a session? As long as it takes. There’s no clock, no rush, and no set 60 or 90 minute slot like at a spa. This is an open, unhurried exploration meant for deep, full body relaxation, so we simply stay with whatever your body and nervous system need in the moment.
Most sessions naturally flow for about 90 minutes to 2 hours. When we add breathwork, three hours isn’t unusual at all. It might sound long when you first read it, but that’s the whole point, true relaxation. When your body finally lets go, time just fades away.
For the best experience, schedule a window when your mind doesn’t have anywhere else to be afterward. That way you can sink in completely, with nothing pulling you back into the day.
* A note on the stretches, I like to incorporate long stretches similar to yin yoga. The goal is just to feel the stretch, not for it to be intense. I'm trying to get you to relax and let go rather than make you a Russian ballerina haha. Being able to fully relax into it is key so that the muscles that involuntarily armor/guard against the stretch either fatigue or choose to let go. It's not about how long you're in the stretch, it's about how long you're fully relaxed in it.
This can be a mind game, deeply held patterns in the nervous system don't always want to change. The longer you can go into it and practice relaxing through whatever discomfort may arise (not pain) the better, but the stretches end when you choose. Time isn't a factor for me, if you're in something and you want to explore it deeper, stay in it. If you need an adjustment to deepen or lessen a stretch, let me know. You're in full control, tell me when you're ready to come out, stay relaxed, and allow me to move you out of it rather than trying to assist me.
High Ventilation Breathing (Optional but Powerful)
If it feels right for you, we can add high ventilation breathing, sometimes called conscious connected breath work. It’s completely optional and always at your pace. You breathe faster and deeper through the mouth in short rounds, with plenty of normal breathing and rest in between. Think of it like filling one balloon after another.
Here’s what’s actually happening And why it feels so powerful: the point is to gently trigger your sympathetic nervous system first, the body’s natural “rev up” mode that mobilizes energy and heightens awareness. By breathing this way, you quickly lower carbon dioxide levels in your blood, creating a temporary state called hypocapnia and a slight rise in blood pH (respiratory alkalosis). That shift boosts neuronal excitability, narrows blood flow in parts of the brain, and sparks an immediate sympathetic surge. As a direct result, sensations expand dramatically: you may feel stronger waves from my hands, whole body tingling or buzzing, pulsing heat, light headedness, and emotions that have been held in the body finally surfacing and moving through.
This same process also sharply enhances pleasure by increasing peripheral blood flow and tactile sensitivity, allowing the caring touch to create richer, more widespread waves of warmth and erotic energy that move freely instead of staying localized. The sympathetic activation temporarily lowers the brain’s usual filtering of sensory input, so every stroke registers more intensely and pleasurably across your entire nervous system.
This process can sometimes feel like losing control, especially as the sympathetic activation builds and deeper sensations or emotions begin to arise. You might notice waves of intense energy, spontaneous tremors, strong emotional releases, or a sense that your usual way of holding everything together is softening. These are natural autonomic responses, your body’s way of discharging stored tension through the nervous system. At any moment, it’s completely your choice to continue exploring these sensations or to gently back off the breathing and return to your natural rhythm. You remain fully in charge the entire time.
Even though it may feel intense in the moment, especially if something deeply held is beginning to surface, this style of breath work is very safe for healthy people. Voluntary rounds of high ventilation breathing are well tolerated by the body, with built in physiological safeguards (such as the natural urge to breathe normally) that quickly restore balance during the rest periods. Your nervous system is simply being invited to release in a supported way, and the temporary changes reverse on their own without risk.
The body or ego may make attempts to hold you where we are, perhaps through an urge to slow down the breath, tighten muscles, or pull back into familiar patterns. This is a normal protective mechanism of the autonomic nervous system, designed to maintain stability.
Listen to you body and your limits, when you feel ready and the threshold is eventually crossed, when control is fully given over to the body and nervous system, a profound shift occurs. The sympathetic surge naturally gives way to a deep parasympathetic rebound, flooding your system with calming neurochemicals like endorphins and oxytocin. This allows for a complete nervous system reset, richer full body sensations, and a beautiful sense of lightness and expansion that many describe as profoundly freeing.
Breathwork like this may open the door to somatic release, which the next section will expand on in more detail as a natural possibility (not the goal).
We keep it easy and completely in your control and you can stop or rest anytime. I’ll be right there with supportive touch and quiet guidance the whole time.
We can blend it with the massage or skip it entirely and just use your natural breath.
Somatic Release: A Natural Possibility (Not the Goal)
Somatic release is simply your body letting go of stored physical, emotional, or energetic tension that life, stress, or old pressures may have locked into your body and nervous system.
It’s not the point of the session. The main focus is always deep relaxation through safe, pleasurable touch. Release just happens naturally when your body feels safe enough.
The caring touch brings blood flow and awareness to tight or numb spots, which can gently allow things to soften and move. When it does happen, it often makes the sensations feel even richer. You might notice deep sighs, trembling, shaking, heat waves, emotional waves, or a big feeling of lightness afterward. It could feel intense and emotional one time, soft and quiet the next.
You’re always in complete control. Slow down, pause, or stop anytime. Safety and going at your natural pace is what makes it all possible.
Grounding Pressure & Optional Bondage Elements If you want an extra sense of being held and anchored, I can use soft padded ankle weights or lightly weighted pads on your ankles, legs, hips, or torso. It’s a gentle form of deep pressure that helps many guys feel more secure and relaxed. It can make everything feel richer, especially during the more open parts of the session.
When the session winds down, you’ll have plenty of quiet time, 5 to 10 minutes or more under a light blanket. Many guys feel floaty, emotional, or deeply peaceful afterward, and that’s completely normal and welcome. I’ll leave you be in the table and allow you to get up on your own time. If you experience a release, it’s natural to drift off into a little nap and that’s actually a good thing. When you’re ready to get up I’ll get the shower running for you and won’t speak too much. You’ll be in your body and relaxed, I’ll let you stay in that. If you wish to share something, happy to listen. If you don’t have words, there’s no pressure to say anything. Move slow, take your time, take a long hot shower if you want and you’re welcome to reach out anytime afterwards.
NSFW Filming Only
(For models that actively create adult content only - not available by request)
When filming for platfoms that allow NSFW, I don't have to hide erections, I can also incorporate lingam massage and/or pelvic work. All of the above in terms of intention and how the session plays out still applies. Breathwork can intensify the session, you're welcome to skip it or if you'd like to try it and it becomes too much, you can stop at anytime.
